The Inaugural Summit
The first Global Cannabis Regulatory Summit convened regulators, government officials, academics, and industry leaders in Washington, D.C. for an invitation-only symposium dedicated to advancing responsible, evidence-led health-related cannabis regulation across jurisdictions.
What Came Out of It
Regulators and policymakers from more than 20 jurisdictions identified common ground on standards, testing, labelling, and patient access.
Discussions across the two-day symposium were captured and published as the 2025 White Paper, a reference document for regulators worldwide.
The inaugural event established the Summit’s core pillars, Standards and Responsibility, which continue to frame the Summit programme.
